Well... let's see... aha! This guy I used to work with, he was telling a group of guys about how his dog was lying on the floor the night before, licking it's b@lls. He said, "I wish I could do that!" I told him he should probably ask the dog first... :eek2:

Then sometime later, he called me to see if I'd go over and shoot his dog, it was very sick and dying, and he ws too cheap to pay the vet $40 to put it to sleep. I wasn't overly thrilled with the idea, but didn't want the dog to suffer. So I went over and did the deed, he's looking grateful and asks what he owes me. I had to hurry and turn away so he wouldn't see the wicked grin, I almost said $45! :devil: I just told him he didn't owe me anything, but he had to bury the damn thing. He even kept the brass that ejected out of the pistol, proably added it to his tin cans for scrap. Probably enough entertainment? :confused:

Here's one with a happier ending... I used to be a meter reader with the utility I work for. The crappiest part of the job is we had to do collections, and disconnect service for non-payment. Well, I dtopped at this place to leave a collection notice, I pull up and see a Rottweiler tied up... with a clothesline. I went up to the door, watching the dog warily, straining to get loose. Nobodys home, I leave the notice and head back to the truck. Just as I get to it, I hear the line break. I flew into the truck as he got there, considered myself lucky. I'm going down their driveway, this dog is circling my truck, barking and growling and snappin at the tires, def. bad dog! I last saw him headed towards the back, I pull out on the road and all of a sudden the front end hops with a thump, then a thump from the rear. I look in the mirror, the dog is rolling, stands up, shakes his big head and runs back up the driveway. I figured I better call in to the boss to report it. She was fairly straight and narrow type, and of course I'm not. She answers and I said Pat, I have some good news and some bad news, whcih would you like first? She's says hesitantly, the bad news. I told her I ran over a dog on leaving a collection notice. she says Oh my, what's the good news. I said well... in the block on the notice for special meter reader instructions, it says 'Bad dog, blow horn'... they can probably remove that! There was about 30 seconds of silence, I'm wondering what my next job would be... she then said, ok I'll make a note and see if we hear anything! She wasn't so straight and narrow by the time I left there for another position! ;)
