new 400EX best price?

what would be the best price for a new 400EX? What did you guys pay out the door? $4200. was one price I heard but that seems to good.

i checked out a 04 400ex last week for chits and giggles. they wanted $5200 + the usual prep and taxes. ive seen them go new as low as $4400 but not in maryland.

this was hear say I would defenitly go out of state to buy,I saved a thousand $$$ on my KTM when I bought it from riderville cycle in WV Ill give him a call to get a price.

$4500 out the door that was in august. Bought it at street track n trail in meadville pa
