How in the "he-double hocky stick's" do you get the dang female part of the grip cap's out of the stock bars?

you talking about the piece inside the handle-bars?? IF so...it is a rod about 6 " long. Take the screw and screw it in.. the end piece should pull right out. don't screw the screw in very far.

what I did was take a flat head screw driver & a hammer & hit it real hard one time & they both popped out...i also had a very hard time getting these pieces of **** outta there when I first had my 400ex :macho
