I have an Arens and like it a lot. They are priced well also. Since you have a Houser swingarm, I think a Houser stem would go best, just to keep the brands the same, if you care.

looking good. Man I wish my work area looked like yours so nice and clean everything so neat. :) as for the stem if you want to match brands then I would go with the houser but if you are wanted price then maybe get the burguard.

I think I'm going to go with the Burgard stem since I have his a-arms. I have beat the **** out of them and never had a problem. Any body have a recommendation stem length and pro taper bar they like? Well any how better get the sub frame done Monday so I can get this baby ripping again.

get the burgard +1 stem with the fat bar clamp and tag T2 bars, its a tough setup...I've rolled my T2s a few times already with no problems

Very nice rebuild! As to your question, a +1 stem and Tag T2 CR Hi's will finish it off nicely.........

Yep I would have to agree with everyone on the +1 and CR High or if you are 5'5 :( maybe the CR double high. as for color I think the silver (which looks chrome) or the gunmetal black.

What is the xtra frame doing in the background ?

Get the +1 stem for sure. It really helps with the feel while riding. Then just pick the bend you like best.

Well I am not sure yet

I will either fully gusset it, then powder it for resale...

Or find a yzf engine for it and build something that will really beat the **** out of me!!

You building a copy of mine?! :D

Seriously though, looks good, and I'm sure you'll love it when you're done with it, looks like we have pretty close to the same setup with the Houser/TCS and Burgard/TCS. Good luck.

No it's a oem frame.
When I bought the frame it was pretty beat up.
I made some trick looking gussets and redid the front bumper mount (because it was smashed in) to make it look kinda aftermarket.

I am 6'1" 225 so I figured better beef her up a little.

Your brother's bike is looking damn sick

Bike looks sick!

I would go with a Houser +1 Stem and bar clamp with Tag T-2 "quad" bends. Thats what i run on my cannondale.
