LTE looney tuned exhaust

how is this luney tuned exhaust ive seen around..anyone have it? i would asume better because 2 pipes instead of one allows a better flow but overall..it says 2.5hp-3hp gain but advertising i dont listen to anymore...

well heres one on ebay for a 400ex and it says 12.5-13 hp gain. i really doubt that. if that was the case it would be worth the price cuz it would give unreal power? i think it must be a typo.
