does anyone no the size of a 350x carb.
how much of an improvement would it be on a 300ex

I am not sure of the size of that carb off the top of my head but I do know that a 32mm carb works nicely

I wouldn't recommend it. If memory serves me correct, the 350X carb doesn't have an accelerator pump.

I would imagine that the 350X carb is a little bigger, so you MAY see a little more top end, but without the accelerator pump, you WILL notice a huge decrease in throttle response.

400ex carb is the **** to do

i think it's a 35, but not sure

and they'Re cheap

Think a Warrior carb will work. It has an accelerator pump and is 36mm. I doubt it will line up tho.

I had a bored and stroked 395 300ex with 12:1 piston full race cam ported and polished head with a 36mm minkuni. It dynoed at 35rear wheel hp then i switch to a 39 FCR and it dynoed 38 rwhp. For what you are doing I would say a stock 400ex carb or a 36mm from any manufacture.

my uncle had a 350x carb and i thought i would just see
if it would help me any

i will ask him if he has his stock carb

go with a 400ex carb. need the 350x airboot. i tried boiling and stretching my boot to fit, but that didnt work.
