Can anyone help me with my 400ex

i recently rebuilt my top end...bored it....brand new valves...and everything.....i rode it for maybe 2 hours after that in the snow and then it sat in my garage for about 3 days. I can not get it started now....i have no clue what is goin on.......all i can smell is gas.....i put in a new spark plug but still nothing........also....when i put it in 1st gear and try to start it the wheels move....i have no clue what is goin on...can anyone please help?

Turn the gas off and drain all the fuel from the carb bowl. Remove the spark plug and crank the engine over a few times. Replace plug with another new plug. Turn the gas back on and see if it fires now.
