Can anyone help me with my 400ex

i recently rebuilt my top end...bored it....brand new valves...and everything.....i rode it for maybe 2 hours after that in the snow and then it sat in my garage for about 3 days. I can not get it started now....i have no clue what is goin on.......all i can smell is gas.....i put in a new spark plug but still nothing........also....when i put it in 1st gear and try to start it the wheels move....i have no clue what is goin on...can anyone please help?

The reason its trying to take off is because the oil has dripped off the clutch plates and the clutch is slipping. When the bike warms up it usually quits..Pull the carb off and see if the float isnt hung or damaged since your smelling gas.
