front ice tires

for u guys that drive on ice what do u do for front tires. whenever i drive on ice as soon as i get goin over 5mph when i turn my tires turn but i keep going straight whats the best tire to through on the front. would sand tires with the middle tread do good or whats the best for steering on ice ?

you can use many different types of front tires...the key is to stud them....if you dont you'll be sliding no matter what tire you have

if you want the studs to stay in the best use a tire that has hard rubber
