I have a 2002 300ex and all I have is rims and tires. I was looking at getting a pipe and am not quite sure what to do. I currently have $125 towards it. I was told to just take the baffles out of the stock pipe, jet it with a airfilter and spark plug. The other option I found was a full dg chrome system with no spark arrestor for $140. The last alternitive is to just save for a slip on that is HMF or FMF. I mostly ride in the national forest where they require a spark arrestor, but I never see any rangers out on quads. What whay should I go to get the best performance for the best price?

Save up, and get an HMF slip-on and White bros. headpipe. Don't take the baffles out. It doesnt do jack for performance or sound.

What's the best place to get the hmf exhaust and do you know what jets to run?

You can try the Hmf website. Its one of the site sponsers. It should be at the top of this page. Im not sure about jetting, but dont listin to the HMF instructions.

I got mine from somewhere different than Hmf but they went through hmf so it doesnt matter. Hmf is gonna be the same price and direct. They are the best Affordable exhaust in my opnion. Go with hmf you wont be dissapointed.
