How do I go about adjusting the 400ex headlight so the beams shine higher? Thanks

i dont believe you will find a focus beam like a flashlight on your headlights:p

if u look under the light there is 2 philips head screws u can loosen them and move them front to back, i just adjusted mine tonight

My headlight was loose and the screw was as tight as it could go so i put washers under it so that the headlight would tighten down and it made the beam point up the way it should.

I think he wants em to shine farther out, not on the ground right in front of him, not focus them.
Anyway,,
You have to remove the front hood/fenders, then the black piece that surrounds the lights.
The headlight assembly fastens with a tab/slot at the bottom, and two adjustable screws at the top.
