I just rode my 400 today and saw that it started blowing blue
smoke right after it hit top end .I heard that means the rings are
bad or it is running to rich. So anybody who has had this hapen
please give me some advice:confused:

When you have a dark smoke it means it is too rich, but if you have white smoke (or blue??) it is because it's burning oil. Could be a ring or a valve guide is dripping.
Is it new?

If piston and ring are new that is why it is burn oil. After some hours of use the rings start to seal perfectly.
