stupid question but if i get a new pipe will i have yo re-jet

you won't HAVE to, but it is highly recommended. it is rather easy rejetting an atv. it takes me more time to put the pipe on than it takes to rejet. however, have never rejetted a 250, but you know the mainjet is right on the bottom of the bowl. may have to richen that fuel skrew up a bit too.

definitley rejet, running lean is one of the hardest things on the engine.

I would think you would want to. Why get an exhaust that flows better, and not give it the fuel it needs for more power?
