do i need just a tie rod or the complete tie rod set lik the ends and all

i have a 250x and i have stock 250r a arms on the way and i was wondering do i need just a tie rod or everything lik tie rod end also? and will 250r a arms work with 400ex tie rod when it gets mounted on a 250x? so it would be 250r a arms with 400ex tie rods is that ok?

You can use your stock 250x tie rod ends, and it doesnt matter what tie rods you use. I have stock 250r tie rods on my 400ex because they are alot beefier than stock 400 tie rods. But they are $20 a piece and the 400's are like $7 a piece.
