ok this is stupid but how do i get all the post thingys out of my e-mail ??? do i click or check a box cause im sick of goin to my email and having like 100 messegas and half are from exriders

Go to USER CP then go to EDIT OPTIONS. There is an option entitled "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" Change that to NO. It will stop sending emails then.

go to your "user CP". Then click on "edit options". scroll down, until you see " use email notification default". click on no. There you go.
