wont start!!

Everytime i go to start my quad it will just make 1 click then the neutral light goes off and everything is dead turn the key off and back on the lights back and power then hit start and it does the click again my battery is fully charged actully brand new even have a new voltage regulator im not sure what the problem is here if anyone knows something to check or have had the same problem please tell me whats up thanks

Check your grounds to make sure they're getting a solid connection with the frame and check the fuse. After that try jumping the starter solenoid with a screw driver.
