It means "Off Topic", denoting that the thread has no relavance to quads.

Those 10 commandements are kind of contradicting. Number 1 tells you to just be yourself, and the others are telling you how to act and be just like everyone else..

Yeah, they seem kind of rigid dont they? I suppose we can pull from them what we need to work on.
