does the holeshot mx wear considerably faster that the klaws or razrs? i need an 18 in tire, but have 10 in rims on my pred and have to buy new hubs to get 8 or 9 in wheels. thanks

No the razrs wear fastest, then the holeshot mx's, then the klaw's.. i think the mx's and mxr's wrok best on a 250r, and the klaw's best on 4 stroke quads..

I hear what you all are saying, but this 'what wears out faster' debate is highly arguable. Yeah if you freaking ride the roads or rough terrain, then yes any tire will wear faster. The opposite if you ride primarily in soft terrain.

I use both the 18' Holeshot MXR and Turf Tamers for MX racing. I use the Holeshots when the track is more messy so the tread can clean itself out. I use the Tamers when it dries off. I am very impressed with both tires and I don't see any abnormal wear in them.

It just depends how you use the tires that dictate how they will wear.:)

The kenda's are a better all around tire, harder rubber, hook up better, turn better, etc, etc. At least the MX ones do..

thanks, i currently have klaws on my pred and theyre awesome tires, but they are 20" tires. i would get the 18" mx's , but ill have to buy new hubs to get the smaller rims. i think im gonna run the 18x11x10 holeshot mx rear along with the mx front. i just hope the softer rubber compound lasts. lata
