t-4 header ...... ?

i have T-4 SLip On, does any1 know if the T-4 Headers will fit the slip ons, because i dont wanna waste my money if they dont, and do you know if they increase the power alot, or can i just run a SLIP ON ..... ?

i replied to a post like this earlier. i am not positive if they will fit like they should or not. just call up pro circuit for a definate answer. however, the headers won't give much power if they do fit. you can get better performance gains when spending the money elsewhere. good luck

When you outgrow the t-4, sell it and get the X6..

hondaex, i know this doesn't answer your question, but i would personally leave your headers alone. however, when you decide to get a new pipe, then go all out and get a sparks, lrd, hmf, ct, etc. i can tell you that the headers along aren't going to make much difference, especially on a stock bike. also, i don't have any proof that the pro circuit headers flow better than the stock ones. the stock headers are plenty for a mild bike.

i just called pro circuit for you and he said the headers are the same diameter as stock, so the pro circuit headers fit right on their slip-on silencers. ;)

dont get the pro circuit header for your 400ex....my friend has 1 for his 400ex and it didnt do nothin far as peformance...the stock header is better becasue it gives better lowend...while replacing the stock header with an aftermarket header it takes away some of your bottom....i have a pro circuit t-4 on my 400ex and i custom shortend it...made it alot louder, and i got alot more hp from shortening my pipe than what my friend ever did putting that suck dick header on....

Dude sorry to burst your bubble but you didnt get much if any hp out of shortening your pipe this has already been discussed. Do a search but it tucks it away and makes it sound better.
