how can i hook up a kill switch on a 300ex and not blow the cdi people have been telling me that it will work but in a year down the road it blew and they had to pay close to 500$

ive never heard of a cdi blowing, and i dont know of any cdi's that would cost 500 dollars for a 300ex.

your rite a cdi wouldent cost 500 bucks...if he isnt lieing he most deffinatly got overcharged...just hook up the kill switch like u normally would...i got mine workin fine..except where i had the ground wire broke while i was ridin so i cudnt start...untill i looked but thats the only problemive had with it.

thanks guy for the help i guess i will get it hooked up now. ya i herd at my local macinic shop and they said that it would cost about 500$ or close to it so thanks!!!!

anyway just follow the instructions its not too hard i did it on my old 300 and it turned out great.

umm i found a kill switch in my dads garage and he sia dit would work but i havent put it on it hase to wires its a jet ski kill switch
