ok, my blaster is really hard to start, takes probably 10 minutes of kicking if its been sitting over night. once its started, it runs great and will start first kick everytime as long as its warm. if i get it started and stall it immeadatly, it will start first kick.

mods are an fmf sst exhaust, no airbox lid (jetted a little too rich to run the lid) and v-force reeds. any suggestions?

also, anybody know the starting proceure on a blaster? i havent had it long, and have been playing with the choke and throttle a bunch trying to find the quickest/easiest way to start it while its cold. thanks for the help

does it have good compression? have you checked how good the spark is?

its the quads way of getting you back for riding it so hard:p

id say check the carb and reeds out. and since its a blaster id make sure the oil injection is working properly(we had one that was not metering oil and it was over mixing causing hard starting)
