I'm getting 22in. tires for my 400 and I was wondering what size sprocket(s) I would need to get, to have the same speed as stock 20 in. tires

just go one tooth smaller on the front and you should be close
i have 22" tires but i left my gearing alone...you can barely notice the difference excpet wheelies but now I clear all those big rocks in the trails :D

Much of your choice on gearing depends on your riding style, engine mods, and terrain. Personal preference plays a role.
I found that when running a 22" tire, my choice of gearing is 14 up front and 39 rear. I personally favor trading the benefits of a longer torque curve for power on demand. This gearing seems to works well if your terrain is more technical.
Hope this helps :)

Either a 14T front or a 40T rear....
