Plastic Handle Bar Cover

Could anyone out there tell me how to mount the ignition switch after removing that stupid blach piece on the handle bars to replace them with aftermarket ones. Any ideas or tricks are a help.

To take the guessing out of this forum topic, I am not an administator. I found this website one day and began looking up all the topics the site had to offer. I tried one day to do a search and I said I didn't have access. So I became a member. Now I can search. This site rules by the way and the people hear are hilarious.
