I must say though that Rick was right, it is a girls quad, made for a girl. I am only 5'6" and I felt cramped on it. Kyrie starts her first race March 28, we will keep everyone updated.

LOL! Yea they usually do, but if dad didn't forget, I wouldn't care. He's gonna hopefully be helping me out w/ paying some of my racing entries so that would be more than enough. A quad plus some race entries, I'd be a happy girl!

SGA-I got a couple of years before I can run GNCC but you better beleieve that I when I do I will be chasing after that fella!! I'm gonna be racing at Haspin. (a local season) and hopefully be getting some practice in. ;)

And thanks to everyone on the congrats!! It is a great quad, a great present, and it was an awsome deal!! Thank you daddy!

cals400ex-we ride alot of places in KY and IN. our family owns some land here close by so we ride there alot. but we are gonna be racing at haspin, and we ride pretty much any where.

Braff it makes me feel good to see that some one couldnt wait till christmas to give their kid such an awsome gift. I have been having a heck of a time not giving our kids their quad. only three more days:D

So you're getting your kids quads for christmas also? Do they know about them? See I knew about mine. So what kind are you getting them? How are you hiding them? Does your wife approve of the kids having quads? And they have proper helmets right?

I wish it could have waited too but I had to sale her Trail Blazer to buy this quad. Rick was definately right. this quad is made for a woman. We played yesterday on our practice track and was making some good times. Now if she can just continue that pace for 2 hrs.

Yes, they are 9 and 5, My daughter rides my old 1970 mini train 50 right now, I am afraid to let her keep riding it, Its all original and highly collectable. So I figured I had better get them something to ride. So I went and got them a Kasea 90. I got a smokin deal, because me and a buddy bought two at the same time. $2800 OTD for two:D
Yes the both have helmets, HJC's just like dads:D
We have them stored over in the shop under a tarp behind about eight engines. The kids have been within two feet of them and didn't even know it.
As for the wife, yah she knows, and shes cool with it, but she don't ride:( Maybe some day

soggyrider, I guess now you need to ask your wife for a bigger trailer to haul all the quads. I keep asking for a box trailer to haul my quads in but I don't think I am getting one this year, I ain't been nuttin but bad!:devil:

LOL, I just bought that trailer this year.It folds down to 12 feet long. I have had a Z400 and my 400EX on it. What I really need is a bigger truck:D That one was a gift from my father-in-law back in January.
The wife promised to go back to work part time when the youngest starts first grade, Then im gettin a new truck, and a 25' toy hauler:devil: Until then I'm savin every extra dime.

TLC before you even consider saying yes you need to talk to some of the Kentuckyriders.com crew. Lil has only one speed- WFO. You can ask Jesshamner or Bradley300 on here.

I have never raced a local race. I have only ran the GNCCs.

But this year with the new baby and the wife going back to collage looks like I might try to run some at Casey.

I just got my new work schedule for this year and it looks like I am off all of the races at Casey and only off for 3 at haspin.

she is racing neatvmx and some nationals probably and she races in New england and she lives in Conneticut

I will probably be racing the mx series at Haspin this year. I raced at Motorhead last year and had alot of fun but there wasn't many racers there. So I think I might try Haspin this year.:devil:

Yeah, I like mx alot more. Even though I have never raced a hare scramble I don't like trails as much as I do the track. I'm sure it would be fun anyway. By the way, NICE 300!:devil:

Kris, you should race this season, you can ride as good or better than most guys I've rode with.

Maybe you need to get out there with him and learn to wrench with him. I have tought lil some basic maint. Brakes, oil changes. If I can only get here to understand that every bolt doesn't get tightened down to 100 ft lbs of torque. Consider the shop time as more good quality time.

Kristal, I know you said your Pappy use to ride but has he ever raced? I think if he went to a XC race he would like it better than the drags. You show up, laugh/joke before the race, then race the hour and a half and go home. Better than waiting around all day to make a coulpe 4 sec runs. I think he would make a good pit man myself. He reminds me alot of Jeff's (the Quad Shop) dad. Talks to everyone, even us newbies, willing to help out everyone.
Tell him to come check it out and cheer on his favorite daughter.

Kris....Tell him that you caint be to crazy because there are alot of other people (yes, even girls) that race. So if you're crazy...there are crazier people out there! lol
