bolt on top of engine is gone(300ex)

well i have been leaking oil now and we havent been able to find leak finally today when i rding we seen it one of the bolt on the top of the eninge was gone and oil was shooting out hitting my exhuast which made it smoke alot could have there been any sort of damage also where can i find one of these bolt im not sure of the size thanks alot

the same thing happened to me..i had to go tomy dealer and buy a new bolt...nothing happened tomine because i realized it rite wen it happened..but how long has yours been doing this for?
