how to put a video on here ?

i have a video from the races this weeknd and i am trying to wonder how to put it on the internet. so uns can watch it. does anybody now how to do this?

thanx ME too, I know I need Firewire (wel, otherwise Ill spend all day downloading it) I have TONS of vids but have no clue how to turn them into internet viewing.....It would be cool if someone could turn this thread in to a "how to" thread like a few have done with posting pics..... Who would be willing to do some step by step and /or illustation of this?:)

you can put em on imagestation too......i host my videos on my network(i got comcast)
