Help on ps2 hook up?

I need help on hooking up my ps2 to the internet. I got the internet adaptor, and also im have Broadband (as in cable modem) but anyways ive got threw it all except where it says Automatic or manual what do i chose an what do i do form there?

automatic is probably automatic setup. and manual setup for custom options.
