Can someone tell me how you fit the bottom of the Raptor shock into the 300ex swingarm spot with the spacers on the shock? Its about 1/4 of an inch too big, not even. THanks for any help.

I just picked one up also, haven't tried to install it yet but it came off a 300. Maybe sporttrax300ex will fill you in he had this one. If I get to it this weekend I will let you know what I come up with.

What do you mean "spacers"? Can you explain that a little more?

Im talking about the things that slide into the shock eye from each side, then when there in, you slide the shock into the swingarm spot to bolt it in, with the these things in, i cant get the shock to fit into the swingarm.

Those are bushings :) maybe your bracket got tweeked a little?? I'd be taking a hammer & lightly help it in. But then again I DON'T have this setup but just a thought. So I take you guys are doing this for like MX??

It should slide right down in, we have done several of these and never ran into that problem.

I haven't had any time to get out anywhere big yet, and I am waiting on the front springs from Pappy. My small trail set up has not been a very good test yet, too much water in my jump areas. I can definetely tell the difference though. I am starting out with the 400 spring loaded all the way. The quad sits lower than stock but that will be great for cornering! I think all I will have to do is adjust the rebound.
