Air Intake hose falling off

Hello guys, i have a 02 400ex and i have a problem. The air intake hose that goes from the air box to the carb keeps falling off and i cannot keep it on. Anyone know how to fix this lucky for me it hasnt been dusty.

saying that u actually have the clamp tightened look and see if your air box is jumping around. Mine kept coming off when my air box was hanging on my only one bracktet.

ok, from the carb to the air box or from the carb to the intake on the engine? Sounds like its not pushed on far enough when u tighten the clamp.

thats what ive been doin but it keeps falling off

there is a small groove on the top of the carb that the boot is supposed to slide up to. Are you pushing it all the way forward?

Use a socket when tightening the clamp, you will get it much tighther than using a screw driver.

Other than that, don't know what else to tell you.

thats what i did thank you i think my frame it bent because the hose seems short but oh well i got it on now.

Unbolt your air box, then jam that intake hose on as far as you can then tighten it as much as you can, then bolt the airbox back in.
