strippedx lug nuts how do i fix it?

Hey :rolleyes: i stripped the lug nuts they were POS any one no how to fix it? there stripped pretty bad and there on there VERY tight.. please help thanks

Take them off....check to see if the studs are stripped...if they are pound them out and replace them with new ones....and get all new lug nuts

get a par of vice grips, good ones from craftsmin, and be carefull, make sure you have a GOOD crasp on it.

it might be hard to get a vise grips in there if its the rear rim. is it the rear one? if it is take 1 size smaller in the other socket size (say 11/16 socket to a 15mm socket, i dont think thats the right one to use but just for an example) and pound it on there. make sure its a socket you dont mind screwin up just in case. heat up the socket or the lug nut if the fitting is too loose or tight. their a pain but they will come off eventually.

got them off im gonna post a pic of my quad with the new tires and rims, my quad has like dusting of dirty, and i cant get it off i suck at cleaning at quads so please dont say its dirty i already know!!
