For those that raced the penton this year and last year. Which was worse?? The mud or the dust...:eek2:


The penton race looked like a good beer drinkin watchin from the sidelines race to me..:o

i do remember when i wen tot the race watching some girl walking down the hill from the food stand at that race with a white t-shirt and white shorts on slip and fall on her arse in all that slop and dump her french fries on the front of her shirt - that was the most memorable thing i took home from that race.

I hate dust (I've been XC racing in dust so bad I rammed into a stopped quad cause I couldnt see him) mud ridins always fun anyways...as long as your not on a 250r in the back of the pack :(

I watched it again last night, thats where I thought I saw Jeff, too. But it was so dang muddy, kinda hard to tell.

VA had some bad mud holes too but they just didn't show it. It got so bad they had to lay guard rails across the mud and you had to wait in line and go single file across them.

last night was my oldest kids x-mas thing at school. from where i moved i didnt have the vcr connected properly so at the last minute i tried to get it fixed. that wasnt working so i ripped open my brothers x-mas ( a vcr /dvd combo) and hooked that up. it worked!!! so i set the thing on record and left for the show. when i return i hit rewind and WTF!!! i taped the WRONG channel!!!:mad:

ok...so i figure ill set the timer and record the replay at 1 am. as fate would have it my kid gets sick and im up at 5 minutes till 1. im helping him in the bathroom when i hear the race come on:D im thinkin no problem the timer is set and its recording it. so i get him squared away and i return to bed with teh happy thought ill be able to watch it at work in the morning.

Dont' worry about it pappy. Spincer is gonna put the entire season on DVD and bring several copies of it to the first hatfield trip and trade them out for 40oz Miller Lites. Pretty nice guy I think..:D

Doibugu2" i think there might be some copy right issues involved here. i dont think Harlan can just copy something from Speed Vision and put it on this site for download. He'll probably get sued over it.
