Sand Sharks are V-blade design......Work awesome on my 400ex...Dunno how it would be on your 250ex though sorry wickedrider, if i had a guess though im sure they would prolly do the best out of the line up of sand tires

We run 20" sharks on the wife's 250EX and it does fine. The smaller size gives the motor a little more beans so it doesn't bog down, but you gotta shift alot cause it hits the limiter quick.

Get the slip on and you probably won't. Ours has a Yoshi slip on, k&n, no lid, rejetted and it will out run (top end) a stock 250 with 22" paddles.

i ran 20'' sand shark on my 250ex and it ran great, with a graydon exhaust, and all the intake goodies

Those Gecko's won't be too much for the 250. It's been my experience with them that they hook up about the same as the sharks. If the sand is real dry and powdery, they just spin like a mofo when you put serious power to them. The 21" Gecko's would probably be a great choice for the 250.
