Does anybody know what gear they are running on the project 465? I getting ready to buy one that's set up for TT racing. I beleive it's geared 16 front, either 35 or 36 in the rear. My 400 that I currently have, from the factory its 15/38. I'm running 14/38 now. On the stroker what would be the best gear to run. I'm going to be mainly MX and cross country.

Thanks

Would rider weight influence your decision? I'm so used to having so much bottem end.

I would go with 16 :38 your still going to have a ton of bottom end with a stroker.

the project quad is a 463 stroker! that is the exact motor i ran in the GNCC's this year and started off with stock gearing. I ended up going down one tooth in the rear and loved that15/37 myabe it was a 36 rear. for Mx I would run a 16/36 combo

I think the best thing to run is back home Mark. LMAO.....:D :D :D
Glad to see you aren't getting anything done over at Scott's though. Not after what I heard about Doug's. If you don't know what I'm talking about I'll give you a call if you need to know.
