handlebar clamps 250ex

I've seen some pics out there were people have moved the key and lights from the ugly cover to the plastics and put a new (better) cover over the clamp. Is there anything special to do this? Any Sugg. would be great!!!:) :)

Arens has a bar clamp that holds the key and kill switch. It works well. www.arensbros.com
