help have a problem with 250r

i was out riding with a couple of friends and my friend eric comes back from a ride on my 250r and i look at the motor and radiator fluid is pouring out of the bottom of the water pump out of a little hole does anyone no what is wrong with it i think it the little thing up the bottom of the water pump but i leave it up to u experts on this stuff!!

water pump seal went out. Pull the water pump cover off and remove the impeller. Then take the clutch cover off and pull the water pump shaft out and inspect it where the seal rides on it. If it has any grooves worn in it from the seal replace the shaft and both the water and oil seals that ride on the water pump shaft. You will also need a clutch cover gasket and two water pump cover gaskets, quart of oil and a quart or two of 50/50 mix coolant.
