Unless Wayne at Pep sponsors you might get them for free but otherwise youll have to pay the price.

I think there is one exception. If you just bought them brand new, and they aren't set up properly, I believe PEP will revalve them to suit your needs. They aren't going to stick you with a set of shocks that you're not happy with.

If you are buying used, or they are worn out, you're going to have to pay to have them revalved.
