I got the motor in, piped up the intake, made a pipe, and now the dang thing over heats! I mean it won't over heat while idiling, but when i go ripping down the street in the snow it will over heat in about 10-12 minutes, I don't have air scoops, i still have to make them. Besid ethat it will bog in 3rd- 6th gear, I was wondering if anyone ever experienced this in any quad or bike. I think its the combo of not getting enough air to the radiators and that theres a chance that I am running lean. I am gonan toy around with it for a little bit more, but any suggestions would help. Once the snow clears down hear in CT i will post some pics of the TRX250EXC KTM/honda composite.
