wont fire help!!

hey my 300ex wont fire i was going down the road and it just quit no smoke or nottin and it wont start nomore what could it be??:confused:

if u dont have compression then it could be ur timing is off thats what happened to me. just an idea

but it has alot of compression...

is the engine tunring at all when you try to start it? put more gas in & check your oil & air filter where in tennesee are you at? im a little west of nashville
