front wheels .190's or ultimates

I would like Yamaha bolt pattern, but I will take anything.

I want ultimate, conventional center 2+3 offset.

But I would take .190's .

it is off the subject but, want a neon orange stem to go with that swingarm??? other wise i have to blast it off.. i have my old neon stem now...done some trading on the Houser one i had..
