406ex hp question

i just got my 400 bored out with a wiseco 9.5:1 compression
with my whitebros exhaust and vented airbox k&n with it rejetted for the new bore.....i was wondering if anyone could give me a rough estimate to the hp i will be puttin down at the wheels

It's not going to be putting out that much more horsepower then stock. Stock is 26-28 i believe. And you added 9 more cc's and .4 more compression and with the exhaust and filter it will probebly be putt out around 30-32 hp.

I had a 11.1 406 motor for about a year. 30-32 sounds about right to me also. My 406 was just enough to inch away from a stock z400 in a drag race on pavement.

You can go to a 10.5:1 and still run pump gas and you would get a little more power, not sure really how much...
