I was considering doing a 580 kit for my polaris. But I spent ALL winter last year building the 435 motor for my Honda, think Ill take this winter off.:D

I put off buying bearings and went to race on a private track one last time before I broke down and bought new bearings. LOL.......As you can see it didn't make it to the next week!

About 2 laps in to the riding I felt it start to move....Rode it home and admired what my procrastination had just cost me....lol

ac nerfs
clean out carb rejet
new plastic

i don't know im on a tight tight budjet. so the engine work is enough. lol

Im building/buying a different 440 motor, bored .10 over w/ nikasil a coated piston, 12.5:1 compression, custom web cam, heavy duty valve springs, black diamond oversized valves, 5 angle valve job, port and polish, carb from a crf 450, curtis sparks ceramic x-6 pipe, Hinson heavy duty clutch and misc. other stuff.
for chassis im tearin down gusseting, and makin a removable rear bar, pcing the frame either silvervein black or red, and the a-arms and swinger pced chrome and clear coated. Then hopefully some elka triple rates w/ piggybacks...zero preload... Then some new aluminum airscoops, body skid, and airbox. Then burgard beadlocks w/ itp holeshot mxr's . and sidewinder spockets and chain sumwhere in thurr...... and there goes all the $$$ i made this year...

Um besides too much??? um the engine im gettin a deal on it has over 4g's in it... the shox are like $2000 i think pc is 250-300 and the other crap is like a grand or so...
