What are the up and downs about having an exhuast shortened???????

a slight difference in bottom end, but not a noticeable amount. Mostly for loudness:rolleyes:

If you race XC it will help to not have your muffler tore off by people rearending you...:eek2:

I had my muffler tore off my 1st XC race, so after that point I shortened it and I don't think it will happen again. As mentioned before you'll gain a little low end grunt but you'll also up the loudness quite a bit...:mad:
