pros:less total weight of machine, should give u better response because flywheel will turn easier
cons:less momentum of the flywheel will cause the motor to slow down quicker under a load

Yep and will also make it easier to stall when braking. Tc and LRD both do it to thier motors so it must help.

your machine will also stall a little easier.

it will rev faster..which would be good in racing but if ya dont race you might not wanna do it
