I really wish the manufaturers were more open about printing the weight of their tires.

I have heard the Bandits are quite heavy but very durable. On of the magazines did a shoot out of the ITP, Maxxis and Kenda a few months ago and they printed the weight. I don't remember what the weight was or what size tire. I'll post it if I can find it. I do belive the Kenda was a tad bit heavier than the ITP and Maxxis.

Well that didn't take long to find:p

From ATV Sport magazine April 2003:
(rear tires with aluminum rims)

Kenda Klaw MXR:
18x10.5-8 = 19#
18x10.5-9 = 20#

ITP Holeshot MX:
18x10-9 = 17#
ITP claims to have reduced the weight by 1# and diameter by 1/2 inch.

Maxxis Razer MX:
18x10-8 = 17.5#

I guess that doesn't really help ya much since the they are the MX tires.:p

I'd assume that the XC's are a bit heavier.

Ill tell ya the bandits prolly wigh more but are tough as rocks. They are a very hard rubber compound.
