jetting?or wat

i was just warming my quad up today,and everytime i tried to go in reverse it would shut down,and then i reved it up and wen i was decelerating the throttle it backfired,wat size jets should i go up to,is this the problem or no?

try turning the fuel screw out 1/2 to 1 turn.

i see you have a filter and a pipe too. with the stock jetting you will be lean on the main too, not just the pilot jet. also, the colder the weather gets, the larger you have too go on the jets.

hey there, did ya figure out your problem?
i think i have the same issue with my 96 300ex.....
its got a k&n on it with factory jetting........and i think
it could benifit form jetting........any thoughts
its stock other than the filter

if its getting colder outside, you will probally want to turn the fuel skrew out some for sure.
