Big bore kits

I was wondering how big I could go without worring about reliability issues. I am thinking about taking my 250x in my sig. to a larger bore, what do you guys think?

When the 300ex came out I made a 288cc kit for the 250x which is the 330cc kit for the 300ex.

How much performance gains would I see with the mods in the sig? What does one of these kits run and where could I get one?
