What do you use to shave your fenders because i want to shave mine, but im too dumb to know what to cut them with.

I used a jigsaw to cut the fenders, and a de-bur tool to smooth the rough edges left on the fenders.

dont cut them! ur quad looks better with full fenders lol. plus u dont want all that water and mud hitting you?:p

i think it would look even better with shaved fenders, have them cut so that there is stilll some "lip" on it...and maybe take my lights off, get +2 a arms, and 4-1 front rims... dayum right :p ...then shocks ;)

Just cut with a jigsaw, a hint though use fine line tape to mark where you want the cut, then you can stand back and look to see if they ar even, then just sand the edges smooth:cool: :cool: :cool:

I have shaved fenders on my 400ex, Cannondale and now YFZ450. What I use, and found it works the best; is a can opener. Make sure it's a good one though.......JIM

i took electric tape, put it on the fenders so it looked the way i wanted it to be cut, then took a jig saw and followed along the black tape, after that i took an exacto knife and just scraped off the excess...

well now im debating wether i want to cut them...after my first ride at the practice track (the xc place near me) i think i may keep them on...
