If OU is there how is it a "national championship game" OU didn't even win their conference!?! The BCS has become a bad joke if OU plays LSU for the National Championship. USC vs. LSU is the game that should be played.

Even though they didnt win there confrence they still gave everyone else a whoopin. And they still had toughest schedule.

Its still better then the old way where the 2 of the 3 best teams hardly ever played each other in a bowl game.

Strength of schedule They have only lost one game like usc or lsu. Never said it was fair but at least you have 2 of the top 3 teams playing each other. Just imagine what kind of mess they would had if Ohio State beat Michigan.

The point of the bcs was to pit #1 vs. #2 in a National Championship game. It aint happening! USC is #1 in both polls. So you have #2 vs. #3 playing for the "BCS National Championship" wtf.

No but they have set OU playing LSU in the sugar. So I'm sure they will come out tommorow with OU and LSU 1 & 2 in the bcs' computer rankings.

That would have to hurt for the usc players. But college football is really competetive. You almost have to go undefeated the whole year to get there.

It's too bad for the kids. At least they will be playing as the consensis #1 in the "grandaddy of all bowls" against a good Mich. team. I hate SC! I went to Cal but I just think the bcs is a bad system.

Looks like usc needed another game to play that would have moved them up.

USC-Michigan will be a good game.

OU is deffinatly gonna be ready to play after getting embarrased this week.

lsu is gonna blitz ou all night long an i think ou is gonna get embarrased again this week..lsu has got to strong of a defense...

i think it should be #1 & #2 in the championship...#3 & #4 in the next best bowl an so on an so on..that way the best team plays the best team

The fact that the #1 voted team isnt in the championship game is stupid. I really cant wait in two year when the BCS is done and we can make a playoff for the bowl games. They should change the BCS now. Odviously it is not adding up correctly.

I thinkt he BCS people are just a bunch of Big12 lovers. They are to scared of the PAC10 spanking their teams. :eek:

yea the BCS is a buncha BS..there contract with the bcs expires in 05 so hopefully they will do it similar to the NFL that way nobody gets screwed
