bro just go out the cops don't care unless there's normal traffic on the road. that state of emergency crap is BS go out, have a good time cause huge storms like this only happen ever so often.

dude go out and have fun my friend got a 45 dollar ticket because hes a dumass and stopped. a cop cant go the same speed as u can around turns. just have some place to hide;)
