Are you getting the complete kit for $3429? I don`t know about a site. Magic Racing sells Pingry products, so you could call and ask them.

I put a Pingry oil tank on my 400 last week, very nice part. I ordered it direct, use google for your search engine and type in Pingry Pro Design found there site there.

Ya I was wondering about the oil cooler too. I saw a Transmission cooler the other day that had the holes for your hoses at the bottom, just like the 400ex does. I wonder if you could use a transmission cooler to replace your oil cooler? Anyone know?

I was told that a power steering cooler off of a Ford Ranger will work. I haven't tried it yet, buy if you find a trany cooler that is slightly larger I don't see any reason it won't work. Let us know what you get it off of.
I heard that Hardbody sells larger oil tanks also, cheaper than Pingly.

Why not add a fan unit that cools the cooler?
most of the utility quads have them because they dont get the speed very high. I would think a fan would definetly help?????????

the location doesent help either. There cant be much air getting up in where that thing is hidding.

I would love to get a hood with scoops, but I hate the look of race cut fenders, especially when I don't race. I don't see a point then but to get covered in mud. Those hood scoops direct air right at the oil cooler, and I have heard they help alot. Plus, I haven't seen any plastic companies that make full fenders for a 400EX besides Maier, but I have heard their plastic is dull. Besides, I don't think those plastics accept hoods.

I disagree.........air gets into your airbox via the same general location..........you go ahead & stick your oil cooler down lower, let us know how it works out. I will leave mine tucked away for safety :o

skemp,
Do you have any pics of the scoop setup?
